Instructions
- Cook Turkey: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned and no longer pink inside, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer the cooked turkey to a dish and tent with aluminum foil to keep warm.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the same skillet. Add the white parts of the green onions, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
- Cook Vegetables: Stir in the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Cook while stirring occasionally until the cabbage softens and wilts to your preferred tenderness, about 4-5 minutes.
- Combine Turkey and Veggies: Return the cooked turkey to the skillet with the vegetables. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve: Divide the mixture into serving bowls. Garnish with the reserved green parts of the green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
