- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Instructions
- Prepare Meatloaf Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, Lipton Onion Soup mix, ketchup, panko bread crumbs, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly with your hand to evenly distribute ingredients and shape the mixture into a small loaf.
- Arrange Meatloaf in Slow Cooker: Place the shaped meatloaf in the center of the slow cooker insert.
- Add Potatoes: On one side of the meatloaf, add the halved baby gold potatoes. Top them with 4 tablespoons of sliced salted butter, then sprinkle garlic powder and salt evenly over the potatoes.
