Instructions

  1. Melt the Butter: In a 6-ounce ramekin, heat the unsalted butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds until melted.
  2. Add Almond Milk and Vanilla: Stir in the unsweetened almond milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: Add the Dutch processed cocoa powder, blanched almond flour, Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend, and a pinch of sea salt to the wet mixture. Stir thoroughly to create a smooth batter.
  4. Add Chocolate Chips: Stir in half of the sugar-free dark chocolate chips evenly into the batter, then smooth the top with a spatula or spoon.
  5. Microwave the Brownie: Microwave the ramekin for 40 to 50 seconds. The top should look slightly oily but not wet underneath. Insert a toothpick to check—it should come out with a small amount of batter that can form a ball between your fingers.
