Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides to easily lift the brownies out after baking. Set the pan aside.
- Mix Brownie Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, melted unsalted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth. If using, fold in the white chocolate chips gently ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
- Bake the Brownies: Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan and press down gently to level. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake to maintain a fudgy texture.

- Prepare the Glaze: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, ground freeze-dried strawberries, and 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk or cream until a thick but spreadable glaze forms. Adjust the milk quantity to achieve desired consistency.
- Glaze the Brownies: Once the brownies are fully cooled, spread the strawberry glaze evenly over the top. Allow the glaze to set before slicing the brownies into squares for serving.
