  1. Cook the bacon: Cook the bacon using your preferred method until crispy. Place the cooked bacon on paper towels to drain excess fat and cool.
  2. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the roll up.
  3. Brown the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain off excess grease to keep the mixture from becoming too greasy.
  4. Prepare the cheese: Cut the Velveeta cheese into chunks for easier mixing and melting.
  5. Mix the filling: Crumble the cooled bacon and place it in a large bowl. Add the browned ground beef and the chunks of Velveeta cheese. Mix thoroughly; the cheese will not be fully melted at this stage.
  6. Prepare the dough: Lay out the refrigerated pizza dough on a sheet of wax paper to prevent sticking and ease rolling.
  7. Spread the filling: Evenly spread the meat and cheese mixture over the entire surface of the pizza dough, ensuring full coverage.
  8. Roll up the dough: Using the wax paper to assist, carefully roll the dough with the filling inside into a tight log. Once rolled, lift the roll up with the wax paper, cradle it gently, and transfer it onto a greased baking sheet by rolling it off the wax paper.
  9. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes until the dough is cooked through and golden brown.
